1. CONTACT AND IDEA
All beginnings start with the first contact. Call us or write us an email. If you tell us roughly what you have in mind, we can concretize your idea in the first phone call or zoom meeting. COSYSPEED managing director Thomas Ludwig is available as a direct contact for your concerns.

2. DESIGN
Once we have clarified your basic idea and details in one or two meetings, the next step is the design of your product. From the scribble to the 2-D drawing with appropriate graphics software, we will be working until it makes sense to produce prototypes. This step is free of charge.
3. PROTOTYPE
With the preliminary work from the design, our sample master in Bujumbura will now produce a prototype (or several variants of it). You will then receive this prototype to examine and test it. It may well be that further prototypes have to be made until the final product fully meets your expectations. This step is also free of charge, you only have to pay the shipping costs from the prototyping in Burundi to you.
4. PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS
As soon as you are satisfied with the prototype, you will receive an offer from us. As a rule, 50% of the agreed price is due upon conclusion of the contract and 50% upon delivery. As soon as the offer is accepted by you, we conclude a contract and the production starts. After the production is finished, the goods will be shipped by an international forwarding company by air or sea freight to your warehouse at your company location. The shipping costs can vary and must always be requested daily from the forwarding agent.
5. PR SERVICE
You can use our existing image, video and text material from the production for your marketing free of charge. Should you require additional image, text or photo material, we will be happy to supply it. For this we will charge personally agreed fees, which will be calculated according to the time and effort involved.
